Final schedule

BA 106: Advanced Operations Management
BA 190: Business Policy
BA 129: Management Services / Feasibility Study
PE 2 SCL: Sports Climbing
Physics 10: Physics and Astronomy for Pedestrians
FA 28: Arts in the Philippines

I registered for my last few required classes for my whole college life. Granted I don't fail any of them, this is my last semester in college.

I went ahead and canceled BA 178. Apparently, news spread that I was canceling a class. People were looking for me, hoping to get the slot. I would like to apologize for my lack of ability to wake up before noon when there's no selfish need for me to be at a certain event. Seriously, my propensity to be late all the time is astounding and apalling at the same time. I hope someone else got my slot.

Despite the absence of motivation and "game" last semester, I still managed to maintain a University Scholar grade. That is with BA and Econ subjects. Hopefully, I get to maintain that. Especially since I have general education subjects, AKA stuff I should have taken when I was a freshman/sophomore. Despite the US grade, I am still not happy with my performance last semester. I didn't get to satisfy that need to prove myself. Oh well. I have one last semester. I have to own it.

College students don't make new year's resolutions. New semester resolutions are more apt. Hence, I present mine:
  1. BE ON TIME!
I could not stress this enough, miss. I kept being late for PI 100. I would come in at half-time. WTF. Wake up, earlier.

  2. No more sleeping in class.
This includes naps during exams, even if I find the reactions of the proctors when I wake up from a five-minute nap during my Econ exams. Best naps ever.

  3. Recite like nobody's business.
(Lesson learned. It cost me my grade in PI 100. In my defense, I knew nothing of the topics. But then again, I don't like reciting if I knew somebody else in the room knew the answer. I guess I have to change that, even if it means being more annoying.)

  4. Avoid all-nighters.
Just because I use up concealer like whoa whenever I pull off all-nighters.

  5. Laptops will solely be used for notetaking, not Plants vs. Zombies-ing.
Last one would be hard to keep. I just felt the need to make an odd-numbered list. The rule of odds. I'm also planning to document my final semester. I just realized the lapse in my entries. I was so active during high school and freshman year, then I died. I hope I keep it up, for selfish reasons.

Life update, my laptop got reformatted, the day before the Coke competition. Oh awesome, I didn't get to make pubmats. Claude was the only one who worked on it. All of my photos are gone. My face that day was consistently like the rage fffffffffuuuuuuuuuuu cartoon. D:

Onto more universal things, I'm really devastated over Copeland's break up, just a day after Armor For Sleep. I've liked Copeland since high school. I have memories attached to their songs, beautiful and sad ones. I hope they push through with their final album. Although people claim that You Are My Sunshine was their best, I still hold Beneath The Medicine Tree close to my heart.

Oh, speaking of memories, for some reason I have been digging up Hopesfall stuff. Weren't they amazing? DISCUSS! Or not. LJ is so dead. Anyway, I've been posting stuff in my quasi-music blog over at tumblr. It's so originally and aptly named camilleruivivar.

Just for kicks, I checked my horoscope today (which I never do) and as I was browsing the site, I found this section that gives you your exact birthday profile. I found it to be dead-on.

Jonas' profile:
Extraordinary sensitivity is offered to you as a result of the date you were born on. Being ruled by the Moon gives you an instinctive sense of the feelings and needs of others and so your destiny is with the general mass of humanity. This won't always sit comfortably with you though, as the Moon rules the 12th Solar House of hidden and sacred domains. You treasure your own space and fiercely protect your own privacy, fearing any invasion of your territory, unless on your own terms.

In that solitude you can feel regarded with a vast capacity for creative and imaginative output. Don't deny the world your gifts for the sake of personal insulation.

Which is true in every way.

My profile:
Always trust your intuition as Neptune rules the psychic vibrations in nature. Usually your hunches will be correct.

Just like the vast ocean you are restless, moody and fond of change and travel. You love the water and places connected with the sea.

You possess unusual and original ideas on religion and philosophy. It means your compassion has risen to sublime heights and you will do anything for a person in need. In this respect, you must learn to balance your own needs lest you become a victim of the people you are trying to help.

Others don't often understand your motivations or actions. This may have something to do with your absent-minded approach. You need to be clearer in your ideas and communications.

Your lucky colours are the darker green shades.

Fucking, dead-on.

My mom's:
You have great sensitivity as shown by the rulership of the Moon. People don't expect to see the fiery side of your nature - but it's there!! Usually you express that fire in warm open gestures and sociability. At other times you may be somewhat impatient and impulsive too - as you immediately and instinctively go for what you want.

As the Moon and Mars combination rules your destiny, any work where interaction with people is necessary would be ideal for you. Others trust you and feel as though your suggestions are genuinely designed to help them.

Your love is deep and complete and you give in excess of what you receive. But you may also overlook valuable opportunities in preference for the passion of the moment.

Also, dead-on of her character.

My brothers's:
Your vibrations indicate great accomplishments to come. You have a soft inner emotional nature with lots of energy that sometimes means you rush and waste the opportunities that have been presented. Stop, look and listen. Set your sights on some sort of public office or government work.

You have a creative mind, are just in your dealings, have a sensitive nature. Your highly independent nature at times means you don't use your reasoning powers to make the best of a situation, but tend to ride roughshod over people within your environment. Simply take time to consider the consequences of your speech and actions and all will go well.

Definitely fits his situation.

Mauro's:
The planets ruling you are friendly and indicate a balance between the male and female polarities. You are endowed with optimism and great generosity and so harmonious relationships will generally be a part of your life. You are able to hide the negative or inconsistent parts of your nature, but at times may be inclined to criticise over trifling matters.

You are very highly idealistic and are able to communicate, or teach this idealism, for the sake of the higher good.

You should always take care in scrutinising people you are involved with, as there are some indications that you may be used for the selfish purposes of others. Closer scrutiny and study of human character is a trait that you can develop so as to achieve the pinnacle of your potential.

My dad's profile was the only one that I found wasn't as accurate. The only part about my dad's profile that was accurate, said something about how he is considered a very attractive person by most and that he will always be admired for his looks and for his dedication. Which is definitely true. My dad is a good looking guy with intense dedication to the things he does/loves.

I find mine especially creepy though. Yes, I'm moody and it's difficult for people to understand me. My ideas are always controversial and I LOVE the water... definitely. Weird.

Ok, just killing some time.

Two things are always bound to happen when I'm drunk and in a good mood;

1.) The Hellacopters become my favorite band in the whole universe.

2.) I really start to miss Denton and all of the rad people I met while I was staying up there.
